broken toilet seat loud noise
i was really hoping for a better experience. the toilet seat in my room was broken, quite annoying. also, i could hear staff banging doors really early in the morning, and then a tv was turned on around 6:30 am, which woke me up. it wasn't the peaceful stay i was expecting at all.

a frustrating stay at a park side
broken heater loud noise
the location were ok, close to the park.
My room got so cold, i could not turn on the heater. the staff didn't bother to fix it after i told them. also, there were loud noises all night. Seemed like people were moving furniture above me.

broken toilet seat noisy staff
I found a couple of issues . The toilet seat in the room was broken, quite annoying. Staff also made a lot of noise very early in the morning slamming doors and turning on the TV around 6:30. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she completely ignored me and just processed my payment. I didn't even get an apology.

wonderful stay
friendly staff reserved parking
the staff was very cute and helpful. i appreciated that the hotel asked if i wanted to reserve a parking spot because of football. my room was spacious and clean. the bed was soft and comfortable..
i found that the local streets are quite quiet. i think that walking home late in the dark alone might not be ideal. more lighting could improve this.

the hotel is next to a lovely park. the park has a lake. i appreciated the proximity to both the stadium and the park for easy access to leisure and events.

there is convenient parking available at the back of the building. the breakfast menu offered plenty of choice. the cooked breakfast was tasty and served promptly, i was very pleased with this.
